At TripKit, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

1. Information We Collect

TripKit stores the travel checklists, packing items, trip names, and related notes you create locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your trip plans, checklist items, or notes to our servers or any third parties.

TripKit may use Firebase with Google Analytics to understand app usage and improve the service. Google Analytics for Firebase may collect app usage events, device information, app-instance identifiers, crash-related signals, and similar analytics data. This analytics data does not include your checklist content, trip plans, or personal notes.

2. Local Checklist Data

TripKit is designed to help you prepare for trips by creating and reusing packing lists and before-you-go tasks. These items are stored on your device and are used exclusively to provide the app's core checklist functionality.

You can delete your locally stored TripKit data by deleting items in the app or uninstalling the app.

3. Advertising

This app may display advertisements provided by third-party partners such as Google AdMob. These partners may collect limited information, such as your Advertising ID, device type, or approximate location, in order to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads.

4. Analytics

We may use Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app performance, understand which features are used, diagnose issues, and improve TripKit. Analytics data is processed by Google according to Google's privacy and data processing terms.

5. Data Retention

TripKit does not store your trip plans, checklist content, notes, or personal information on our servers. Your checklist data remains on your device. Any data processed by advertising networks or analytics providers is handled according to their privacy policies and retention settings.

6. Third-Party Services

TripKit may use Google AdMob for displaying advertisements and Firebase with Google Analytics for app analytics. We do not sell your personal data. These third-party services may collect and process limited device, advertising, and analytics data as described in their own privacy policies.
